Legal Billing Coordinator (Temp-to-Perm)
Pay:
$35-$45/hour
Location:
Financial District, on-site
Overview:
Our client, a highly regarded law-firm is seeking an experienced Legal Billing Coordinator with Aderant expertise to support their busy practice. This temp-to-perm role handles the full billing cycle and requires strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Manage prebills, edits, and final invoices Collaborate with attorneys on billing revisions Process e-billing and resolve rejections Maintain client/matter data in Aderant Assist with AR and billing reports
Qualifications:
2+ years of legal billing experience
Required:
Aderant experience Knowledge of e-billing/LEDES Strong Excel and organizational skills
