Job Description:

A well-established firm is seeking an experienced Billing Coordinator to join its New Jersey office. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and has strong attention to detail. ????

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and edit client invoices in line with firm policies
• Manage e-billing processes and ensure accuracy of billing data
• Handle complex billing (discounts, split billing, electronic submissions)
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to resolve discrepancies
• Respond to client billing inquiries and process write-offs
• Assist with monthly/quarterly billing reports ?

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of law firm billing experience
• Experience with Elite 3E, Aderant, or similar systems
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Highly organized with the ability to manage high-volume billing
• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally ?

Salary:

$85K - $100K (commensurate with experience)
