Your expertise will help streamline the revenue cycle, enhance customer satisfaction, and uphold the integrity of our financial operations. Duties Prepare and process vehicle sale invoices and billing documentation with precision using advanced accounting software. Verify all transaction details against purchase agreements, titles, and registration documents to ensure accuracy. Manage accounts receivable by tracking payments, issuing receipts, and following up on outstanding balances. Collaborate with sales teams, finance departments, and customers to resolve billing issues promptly through effective negotiation and customer service skills. Support revenue cycle management by ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments in accordance with company policies. Qualifications Proven experience in automotive billing or related financial roles within a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of accounting principles such as double entry bookkeeping, debits & credits, and account reconciliation. Ability to analyze financial data critically and perform account analysis efficiently. Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle client inquiries professionally.
