Full Job Description Benefits:

60 day Probationary Period Bonus based on performance Flexible schedule Job Summary We are a new company seeking an experienced, expert in Behavioral Health Credentialing and Billing Consultant to assist with launching and sustaining a new behavioral health company in the State of Nevada. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in billing audits, denial management, and payer regulations, and has hands-on experience with Type 14 and Type 20 credentialing in Nevada, ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) enrollment and billing, Behavioral health startup operations, Medicaid and commercial insurance billing. You will also help in maintaining records of communications with clients and processing incoming payments and settlements. We are looking for someone who can become a trusted long-term partner and advisor as we build a strong and sustainable behavioral health organization.

Compensation:

Compensation is negotiable and will be based on experience, knowledge, efficiency, and ability to support company growth and sustainability. Responsibilities Credential and enroll the company and providers with Nevada Medicaid and commercial insurance plans Manage ongoing billing processes for behavioral health and ABA services Submit and track claims, resolve denials, and oversee revenue cycle management Provide operational guidance on services the company can implement to remain compliant and financially sustainable Assist leadership in understanding payer requirements, reimbursement structures, and service expansion opportunities Help establish efficient systems for credentialing, billing, and compliance Requirements MUST be located in Nevada MUST be willing to meet onsite at least twice per week Proven experience with Nevada behavioral health credentialing and billing Knowledge of Type 14, Type 20, and ABA provider enrollment Experience with Medicaid, commercial insurance, and payer contracting Strong understanding of behavioral health operations and sustainability Expertise in HIPAA and regulatory standards.
