Legal Biller (Part-time)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Part-Time Legal Biller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior law firm billing experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and process client invoices Manage attorney time entries and billing edits Ensure billing accuracy and compliance with client guidelines Monitor accounts receivable and assist with collections follow-up Communicate with attorneys and staff regarding billing matters Maintain billing records and reports Submit invoices via electronic billing platforms

Qualifications:

Previous legal billing experience required Familiarity with legal billing software (Clio, Timeslips, Elite, etc.) preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
