Job Description:
CDAA is seeking a Part-Time Billing Coordinator to join our administrative team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing PMPM (Per Member Per Month) billing processes, reviewing billing data for accuracy, and supporting reimbursement activities related to Core and SCN programs. As we continue to expand our services, this position will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate billing operations. As a Part-Time Billing Coordinator, you will help identify, research, and resolve billing discrepancies while maintaining accurate financial records. You will be responsible for billing administration, invoice preparation, and data reconciliation. You will also work closely with program leadership and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with billing requirements and support efficient financial operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Process and manage PMPM billing for Core and SCN programs. Review billing records and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness. Reconcile billing data and investigate discrepancies. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable billing regulations. Support the Program Director with administrative and billing-related projects as needed. Audit care management records to ensure documentation supports billing. Review Health Home core service documentation and member engagement activities. Monitor completion of assessments, Plans of Care, and required documentation. Review
MAPP-HHTS
data for enrollment, assignments, outreach, and billing indicators. Manage and monitor the Billing Support Questionnaire within the electronic platform. Identify members at risk of non-billing and report deficiencies to supervisors. Track missing documentation, overdue assessments, and unsigned Plans of Care. Support audits, claim corrections, denial management, and rebilling efforts.
Required Experience/Skills:
Knowledge of MAPP-HHTS, eMedNY, Health Home rate codes, and DOH billing requirements Previous experience in healthcare, social care, or related billing environments required. Experience with PMPM (Per Member Per Month) billing preferred. Knowledge of SCN (Social Care Network) and/or Core program billing processes preferred. Minimum of 2 years of billing, accounting, or administrative experience. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel. Ability to analyze data and resolve billing discrepancies. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. High school diploma required; associate's degree in business, accounting, healthcare administration, or related field preferred. In-Person role. Schedule will be between Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
