$20–$25/hour (based on experience) Position Overview Our client, a growing organization in the transportation and logistics industry, is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Billing Coordinator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about accuracy, organization, and supporting financial operations. The Billing Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, maintaining financial records, and supporting overall billing and collections processes. Key Responsibilities Generate and process client invoices accurately and on time Monitor accounts and assist with payment tracking and collections Review invoices for accuracy and ensure proper documentation Maintain and update billing records and account information Collaborate with internal finance teams to reconcile and evaluate accounts Compile and manage data from multiple systems Assist with month-end close activities, reporting, and audits as needed Perform additional administrative and technical tasks as assigned Required Skills & Qualifications Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Excellent organizational and data entry skills Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment Resourceful with strong problem-solving abilities Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Experience within the transportation or logistics industry Familiarity with McLeod software Bachelor's degree (preferred, not required) #
