Hiring for a Billing Administrator! Great role to jump start your career in a corporate office setting.
MUST HAVE SKILLS
6+ years of invoicing or billing experience Administrative office experience Proficiency in MS Excel High School Diploma or GED required (Associate's preferred) Strong organizational and communication skills Job Description The Billing Administrator manages dispatch and validation processes within the operations team. This role involves identifying and flagging anomalies or issues in data or service requests, coordinating timely dispatch of resources or personnel, and validating task completion and compliance against set standards. This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency, accuracy, and quality assurance. Responsibilities Work closely with flagging vendors to ensure timely invoicing. Bill invoices to customers. Assist with field support and flagging portals. Validate invoices provided by vendors. Handle law enforcement requests. Maintain vendor relationships by participating in monthly calls and assisting with new employee onboarding. Review quarterly statements from vendors. Assist the internal Accounts Payable department with navigating invoices. Collaborate with the Project Management and Field teams to ensure all jobs are accurately created and dispatched through appropriate platforms. Additional Skills & Qualifications Associate's degree (preferred) or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. High levels of discretion and judgment in interpersonal and business matters. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Client service focus and ability to meet deadlines. Resourceful team player, yet able to work independently. Work Environment The role requires working in the office five days a week, from 8 am to 5 pm, with an hour lunch break. There is flexibility in the schedule, such as taking a half-hour lunch and leaving at 4:30 pm. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Granville, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
