Job Description:

This position is responsible for performing a broad range of budgetary and analytical duties for Athletics Administration which include functions involving processing of billings; payment of invoices, maintenance of related databases, including setting up tables, creating queries and reports; developing spreadsheets in Excel, including pivot tables; coordination of fund transfers; and development of cost studies, business process reviews, and other related tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in collegiate athletics or higher education.

• Knowledge of NCAA rules and compliance considerations.
