Job Description

Job Summary Summary:
Atlantic Recovery Services Inc. is an industrial cleaning services company with offices in Pennsylvania and Ohio. Working for the Oil and Gas, Steel, Municipal and Waste industries. We are seeking a motivated self starter who can communicate with the companies owner and division managers in order to complete duties such as payroll, billing, accounting, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Responsibilities:
Follow direction and complete tasks independently. General office duties that support all aspects of the day to day operation. Maintain a high level of confidentiality. Weekly payroll reports based on time sheets. Creating invoices and sending to customers. Invoicing through Open Invoices. Data Entry into Excel. Tracking of equipment. New hire paperwork. Completing compliance reports. Adding and removing employees from company programs. Such as fuel cloud and whip around.
Required Skills:
At least 3 years of prior office experience Working knowledge of QuickBooks Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word) Excellent time management skills Ability to prioritize work Well organized Excellent written and verbal skills Ability to work in a fast-pace environment College Degree ideal but not required Paid Vacation after 1
