Job Description

Kirk NationaLease is looking for a driven, detail-oriented Shop Administrative Assistant to support our Troy, OH shop operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work, and is looking for stability.
Position Details:
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, full-time, on-site
Hours:
40 hours per week, day shift
Pay Range:
$20-$25 per hour, based on experience
Pay Frequency:
Weekly What You'll Do:
In this role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Delivering professional communication and excellent customer service Reviewing work orders and preparing repair estimates Handling accounts receivable and organizing customer billing Obtaining purchase orders for billing Performing general office administration tasks Assisting the Shop Manager as needed
