Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Pay:
$20.00/hour

100% OnsiteWe are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Order Intake Specialist to join a growing team in Oklahoma City. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment, enjoys working with clients, and takes pride in accuracy and organization. The Order Intake Specialist serves as the first point of contact for customers and plays a key role in ensuring orders are processed efficiently and correctly from the start.

Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and prioritize incoming orders based on client and business needsCommunicate with clients via phone and email to verify order details and special requestsWork closely with internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely completion of projectsDetermine report pricing based on report type and client instructionsReview project information and confirm details as neededMonitor and manage incoming emails for updates and new informationMaintain organized documentation and save correspondence appropriatelySend formal confirmations and invoices to clientsEnter detailed notes and project information into internal software systemsSupport administrative functions and provide backup assistance when neededMaintain professionalism and strong communication with both clients and team members
