Dental Billing Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Dental Insurance & Billing Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for submitting and following up on claims, posting payments, managing patient billing questions, sending statements and requests for payment, and ensuring accurate account records and healthy aged receivables. The ideal candidate has experience with dental insurance, billing, electronic claims processing with electronic attachements, aged receivables and treatment plan estimates. Strong communication skills, organization, and attention to detail are essential. Knowledge of dental practice management software is a plus.
