This role ensures timely reimbursement from insurance payers, government programs, and patients while maintaining compliance with healthcare billing regulations and payer policies. Accounts Receivable Follow-Up Review and work AR aging reports to identify outstanding claims. Follow up with commercial insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and other payers regarding unpaid or underpaid claims. Contact insurance representatives to determine claim status and resolve payment delays. Denial Management Investigate and resolve denied or rejected claims . Prepare and submit appeals and corrected claims when necessary. Identify common denial trends and report them to management. Billing & Claims Review Review laboratory claims for accuracy of

CPT/HCPCS

codes, modifiers, and patient information . Correct claim errors and resubmit claims as required. Ensure claims meet medical necessity and payer billing requirements .

Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
