Job Description

Epic Professional Billing (PB) Analyst
II - FTE
We are seeking an experienced Epic PB Analyst to support the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of Epic Professional Billing (PB) and/or PB Claims & Remittance solutions. This is a full-time opportunity with a hybrid setup (1-2 days onsite per week).
Key Responsibilities:
Configure, maintain, and support Epic PB applications across environments Support system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and implementation activities Analyze workflows and recommend technical solutions Develop specifications, documentation, and test plans Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects and operational support
Requirements:
Epic Resolute Professional Billing certification required 1+ years of Epic PB build/support experience 4+ years of healthcare IT or healthcare operations experience Experience with implementations, upgrades, testing, and application support
Preferred:
Experience with PB Claims & Remittance Master s degree in Computer Science or Healthcare-related field
