The ideal candidate excels at preparing accurate invoices, ensuring swift approvals, and maintaining clear communication with insurance adjusters, clients, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and prepare contents restoration invoices with precision using Xactimate codes. Submit invoices to insurance companies and follow up to secure timely approvals. Collaborate with project managers, adjusters, and restoration teams to resolve billing discrepancies efficiently. Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and approvals. Identify opportunities to streamline billing processes and reduce approval delays. Respond to billing inquiries from clients and insurance providers promptly and professionally. Stay current with industry standards, insurance policies, and Xactimate updates.
Qualifications:
