Responsibilities:

Manage and support legal eBilling and matter management systems, including setting up legal matters and maintaining system accuracy Triage and resolve support tickets, providing assistance to internal clients and collaborating cross-functionally on system-related issues Support external counsel and vendors with invoicing, billing policies, and issue resolution Monitor and manage legal invoicing processes, ensuringpliance withpany policies and standards Analyze data using tools such as Excel and Tableau to support decision-making and reporting Assist with vendor onboarding and manage relationships with law firms and legal partners

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Legal, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2-5 years of experience in legal eBilling, matter management, or legal operations (or 7-10 years without a degree) Knowledge of LEDES billing formats and legal invoicing standards Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel; Tableau experience is a plus Familiarity with legal software platforms (ONIT preferred, or similar systems) Strongmunication, problem-solving, andanizational skills in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams This role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch. Pay Details:
