Jobs › Chelsea, MA › Billing Analyst North Suffolk Community Services, Inc. Billing Analyst Chelsea, MA Apply Billing Analyst, North Suffolk Community Services, Inc. (Chelsea, MA): The Billing Analyst will report to the Accounts Receivable Manager and process billing for third party insurance and contracts. Bill interpreting electronic health data. Collect, track, and monitor data stemming from party and contract billing. Ensure that all billing is submitted to insurance payors per scheduled deadlines. Make sure that all recap sheets, for all electronic billing runs, are obtained. Guarantee that all invoices have been printed and mailed. Facilitate timely cash application and contractual adjustments of assigned third-party insurances. Create department cash deposits and distribute to staff for system application and posting. See that cash posting and cash reconciliation of all Mental Health and Early Intervention services are completed prior to monthly closing, reporting any issues. Run and review assigned third party aging reports and initiate timely collection procedures to resolve outstanding claims. Collection to consist of telephone and written communications with third party payors who have not paid within 60 days of claim submittal. Resubmit, resolve, and (if appropriate) appeal all rejected claims. In a timely manner and when necessary, adjust and void. Annually, maintain and improve the standard and minimum collection rates for assigned pay source. According to deadlines, accurately bill assigned contracts and post to accounts receivable. Under CFO supervision, reconcile the accounts receivable aging with the general ledger monthly. Prepare and review a contract monitoring report with the Senior Contracts Biller monthly. Develop a monitoring tool for cash collections and outliers. Assume responsibility for monthly and annual UFR contract reporting related to contracts. Telecommuting from within U.S. allowed. Basic annual pay ranges from \$60,362 to \$65,000.
Minimum requirement:
Bachelors degree in Business Analytics or a closely related field.
Special requirement:
