Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Billing Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will sustain a culture of continuous improvement, deliver effective billing processes, and demonstrate a commitment to outstanding customer service. Location Hybrid 3 days in office. 100% in office during transition. What d Service Does A d Services Center (SSC) centralizes critical business processes, streamlining operations, reducing costs, and delivering consistent quality. By consolidating areas such as finance, procurement, payroll, and reporting, SSC eliminates duplication, frees time for strategic priorities, and fosters efficiency. SSC's primary functions include: O2C (Order-to-Cash) : Manages the customer journey from order to payment, driving smoother revenue processes. R2R (Record-to-Report): Enables robust financial reporting and accounting. P2P (Procure-to-Pay): Ensures timely vendor payments and strong supplier relationships. Manages the Travel and Expense program.

Drives innovation and continuous improvement. Payroll (Hire-to-Retire): Ensures accurate, compliant employee payments. d Services enables companies to focus on growth and strategic goals while maintaining operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Sustain a culture of continuous improvement for billing processes. Perform tasks assigned by the Billing Supervisor/Billing Manager. Demonstrate outstanding customer service. Adhere to billing controls and key operational management controls. Follow Billing sub-team and SSC team policies, procedures, and controls. Coordinate with teams at various localized operating companies. Create and distribute customer invoices. Review invoices to ensure billing accuracy. Perform billing and reconciliations in SAP. Analyze billing data to identify trends, inefficiencies, or errors that could impact revenue. Support billing inquiries from customers. Complete billing reporting with high accuracy and attention to detail. Complete related duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Previous work experience and customer service experience preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills (English). Strong customer service focus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to navigate competing priorities and work collaboratively in high-performing teams Physical Requirements Ability to communicate by telephone and in person. Ability to use a computer for word processing, email, and document preparation. May require extended periods of sitting. Work Environment Normal office working conditions with a quiet noise level. Hybrid role with flexible work options, requiring some in-person presence.
