Job Description

Roles:
Accounts receivable process: Receive timesheets, enter time, create & submit invoices to clients weekly. Heavy Data Entry in Excel Utilize Microsoft Outlook Utilize Sales Force Maintain weekly client reports Maintain client relationships Execute administrative duties including assisting with answering phones Customer Service is a must. Posses Attention to Detail Use critical thinking skills & problem solving Be a team player.
Benefits:
Schedule is Monday-Friday 7:30-5:00, 30 minute lunch, and half days on Fridays.
Flex Friday:
Every other Friday, you are able to work from home! Work in a positive, fast paced team environment Applied will pay for employee's insurance!!!
