Responsibilities:

Accurately process and submit home infusion pharmacy claims. Manage the entire billing workflow including charge entry, claims submission, follow-up, and denial resolution. Utilize CareTend software for billing operations, documentation, and reimbursement tracking. Review payer requirements to ensure claims comply with guidelines. Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, denials, and reimbursement challenges. Communicate effectively with payers and internal departments to facilitate timely billing resolutions. Support overall revenue cycle performance in a high-volume, metrics-driven setting.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in home infusion billing and claims processing. Proficiency with CareTend is required. Strong knowledge of payer guidelines and reimbursement procedures.
