Pay:
$90,000-$110,000/yr Hybrid Flexibility Full Benefits PTO 401k match and more Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the daily billing operations , ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of billing specialists or analysts Ensure compliance with contract terms, pricing structures, and company policies Review and approve customer invoices , adjustments, and credits Partner with Accounts Receivable to resolve billing discrepancies and improve collections Maintain and enhance billing systems, processes, and internal controls Collaborate with sales and operations to ensure proper contract setup and revenue recognition Prepare and analyze billing metrics, reports, and KPIs for leadership Support month-end and year-end close , including reconciliations and reporting Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of progressive billing, revenue, or accounting experience Strong understanding of billing systems, invoicing processes, and revenue cycles Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
