Responsibilities:

Manage the full-cycle legal billing process including prebills, invoice edits, final billing, and eBilling submissions Process and troubleshoot LEDES invoices through BillBlast , Aderant , and various eBilling platforms Handle billing discrepancies, rejected invoices, and attorney/client billing requests in a timely manner Ensure compliance with client billing guidelines, fee arrangements, and legal billing requirements Partner directly with attorneys, clients, and legal staff in a high-volume billing environment Requirements/ Nice to

Have:
