Billing Specialist

YHA is seeking an experienced Billing Specialist to join our growing Administration team. This position will likely begin part-time, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role in the future. We are looking for a highly knowledgeable and detail-oriented professional with strong experience in Medicaid billing within the behavioral health field , specifically related to juvenile clients receiving treatment in a residential treatment center (RTC) setting.

Youth Health Associates Minimum Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience as a Billing Specialist (required) Direct experience billing Medicaid in the behavioral health space Experience billing for both in-state and out-of-state Medicaid Experience billing for juvenile residential treatment services ( preferred) Strong understanding of Medicaid regulations, compliance requirements, and authorization processes High attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and organizational skills
