6 Month Contract (Contract-to-Hire) Job Summary seeking Jr. Legal Invoice Analysts to support the legal operations team on a contract-to-hire basis. In this role, you will review and audit electronically submitted legal fee and expense invoices to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to billing guidelines. Key Responsibilities Efficiently and accurately audit legal fee and expense invoices submitted by law firms and vendors. Identify violations of billing guidelines and document justifications for any adjustments made. Provide guidance to business unit partners about issues or opportunities in the legal billing audit process. Communicate and collaborate with Legal Invoice Analyst and Quality Assurance Analyst team members. Maintain organized, accurate, and timely invoice processing. Forward and track audited invoices through the established review chain. Required Qualifications Paralegal experience required. Ability to analyze and evaluate legal fee and cost/expense invoice entries. Strong understanding of legal terminology; multijurisdictional exposure is preferred. Excellent computer skills; ability to learn new electronic bill auditing software. Exceptional organizational and business math skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision after training. Additional Details Hybrid work model; candidates must be local to Minneapolis, MN.
