ICD-9, ICD-10, CPT

(Current Procedural Terminology), and DRG (Diagnosis-Related Group) codes for diagnoses and procedures. Ensure all coding aligns with current medical coding standards, regulations, and payer requirements. Prepare and submit accurate medical claims using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to facilitate prompt reimbursement. Follow up on unpaid or denied claims through effective medical collection strategies while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. Maintain detailed and organized medical records, ensuring all documentation reflects accurate coding and billing information. Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify documentation or resolve billing discrepancies promptly. Stay updated on changes in medical terminology, coding guidelines, and insurance policies to ensure ongoing compliance. Qualifications Proven experience in medical billing, coding, or a related healthcare role with familiarity in medical office procedures. Strong knowledge of
