Medical Collections Representative

We are a large chiropractic clinic group whom focuses on treating patients injured in auto related accidents, we are currently seeking a individuals with collections experienced to join our team. If you have prior experience in collections or billing and feel like you have the skills for this position, please submit your resume for review. Personal Injury Experience is a plus Responsibilities Manage and execute medical collections processes, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding accounts. Maintain detailed records of patient interactions and collection efforts. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while communicating with patients and insurance companies. Collaborate with medical office staff to streamline billing procedures and enhance overall efficiency. Prior Collections experience
