Requirements:

5+ years of billing experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, or related trade business Experience with service billing, job costing, invoices, purchase orders, and customer billing processes Strong computer skills and experience with accounting/service management software Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Stable work history and strong attendance

Responsibilities:

Process and manage customer invoices accurately and timely Review work orders, service tickets, and job documentation for billing Coordinate with operations, service managers, and technicians Resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries Maintain organized billing records and documentation Support accounting and administrative teams as needed Why Join ICS?
