Billing Coordinator

We're looking for a detail-oriented Billing Coordinator to join our team in Deer Park. In this role, you'll support the Billing Manager by ensuring invoices are accurate, timely, and meet both customer and driver requirements. About Us Genox is a transportation company specializing in hauling cryogenic material nationwide using professional Class A CDL drivers. We take pride in providing safe, reliable service while supporting our drivers, customers, and employees with excellence. What You'll Do Audit, enter, and process trip data into the billing system. Generate, reconcile, and send invoices accurately and on schedule. Handle customer calls and emails regarding invoice discrepancies. Create and deliver custom reports for customer needs. Collaborate with team members and assist with backup billing responsibilities as needed. Weekly & Monthly Deadlines Tuesdays 5

PM:

All weekly trips entered for invoicing. Wednesdays 2

PM:

Billing team meeting. Thursdays 5

PM:

Invoices scanned and extracted. Fridays 5

PM:

Invoices/reports sent and filed. 7th of each month: All prior month trips invoiced for month-end close. What We're Looking For 1+ year of billing experience in transportation or logistics (preferred). Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
