Service Director:

Oversee daily operations in the service department and keep everything running smoothly Lead and develop a high-performing team of technicians, advisors, and support staff Cultivate a positive, team-first work environment where people want to give their best Ensure top-tier repair quality, fast turnaround, and an exceptional customer experience Manage workflow, technician dispatch, and productivity targets Handle warranty processes, OEM compliance, and customer escalations professionally Track and improve KPIs•hours per RO, ELR, CSI, and overall profitability Collaborate with parts and sales to keep operations seamless Qualifications/Requirements•

Service Director:

Service Management experience at a franchise dealership required Lead by example and bring out the best in your team Know how to balance efficiency with quality and customer care Understand flat rate systems, workflow management, and technician motivation Are proficient with DMS tools (Xtime, Reynolds, etc.) and OEM platforms Communicate clearly and handle challenges with a calm, solutions-first mindset Valid driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record Must pass pre-employment screening We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
