Orthopedic Clinic Schedule:
Day Shift | Monday - Friday 8:00a - 5:00p How you'll make an impact in this role: Direct the Revenue Cycle Ecosystem by orchestrating the daily flow of billing and collections functions to maximize departmental efficiency and cash flow. Lead Comprehensive Patient Access Operations by overseeing the end-to-end journey from pre-registration and insurance verification to upfront collections and medical records management. Empower Patients through Financial Advocacy by providing expert education on co-pays, deductibles, and coinsurance, acting as the primary liaison between the business office and practice staff. Engineer Data Integrity & Compliance by auditing clinical documentation to ensure all authorizations are secured and that patient records are 100% accurate and complete. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on Payer Requirements by remaining at the forefront of insurance industry changes, ensuring the practice adapts quickly to new carrier-specific regulations. Provide Strategic Administrative Support to the provider, streamlining front-end workflows to allow for an uninterrupted focus on high-quality patient care. . What minimum qualifications you'll need:
Education:
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Exceptional Financial Communication:
The ability to translate complex insurance terminology into clear, compassionate guidance for patients
End-to-End Billing Mastery:
