OverviewWe are partnering with a growing company in Downtown Houston seeking a Billing Specialist for a contract to hire opportunity. This role focuses on revenue accuracy, contract based billing, and client interaction. Ideal for someone who can interpret agreements, manage complex billing structures, and ensure invoices are aligned to client terms.
ResponsibilitiesGenerate invoices based on contracts, service agreements, or project milestonesInterpret pricing terms, rates, and billable components to ensure accurate revenue captureManage recurring, project based, or time and materials billing cyclesPartner with operations, sales, and project teams to validate billable activityAudit billing data for completeness and accuracy prior to invoice releaseSubmit invoices through client portals and ensure compliance with customer requirementsHandle client billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies directlyTrack unbilled revenue and ensure timely invoicingSupport revenue reporting, reconciliations, and month end closeIdentify gaps in billing processes and improve accuracy and turnaround time
