• $21•$23 per hour Schedule•Monday•Friday 8:00am•5:00pm What's a typical day as a Billing Specialist?

You'll be:

• Preparing and coordinating the set-up of new accounts and parameters in billing systems, reporting to the Billing Manager.
• Creating automated and/or manual invoices to ensure timely billing processes.
• Handling a high volume of invoice processing and distribution while ensuring final bills are submitted to clients and posted in the accounting system. T his job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a high school diploma and 3-5 years of previous billing experience, preferably in law billing.
• Possess intermediate to advanced Excel skills and experience in setting rates and creating rate tables.
• Are capable of managing confidential and sensitive account information with discretion.
