Accounts Payable Analyst

We are partnering with an organization in Richardson, TX to identify an Accounts Payable Analyst to support a high-volume corporate accounting environment. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to process improvements, strengthen controls, and support the overall efficiency of the AP function.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute and review accounts payable transactions to ensure accuracy and timeliness Investigate and resolve discrepancies, variances, and internal inquiries Support reconciliations and month-end close activities Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency Collaborate cross-functionally to support workflows and maintain strong internal controls

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in accounts payable or corporate accounting Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting systems Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach
