Medical Billing Specialist Rockport Physical Medicine PA - Rockport, TX Rockport Physical Medicine PA, a growing integrated outpatient healthcare clinic, is seeking a full-time Medical Billing Specialist to join our team. We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional with strong experience in medical billing, insurance claims processing, and revenue cycle management. The ideal candidate is a team player with excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to helping our practice succeed.

Responsibilities:

Insurance verification and benefits investigation Medical claims submission and follow-up Payment posting and reconciliation Managing claim denials and appeals Patient account and billing inquiries Collections and accounts receivable management Working closely with providers and staff to maximize reimbursement Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with payer requirements

Qualifications:

Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (preferred), or equivalent training and extensive experience in medical billing Strong understanding of insurance verification, claims processing, payment posting, denials, appeals, and collections Excellent computer skills and attention to detail Outstanding communication and customer service abilities Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team Positive, solution-oriented mindset and strong work ethic Preferred Experience (Training Available): Experience billing for:
