We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Epic Application Analyst (Professional Billing) to support key Professional Billing workflows within our Epic platform. This is an excellent opportunity for an emerging analyst to build expertise in healthcare IT while contributing to meaningful system improvements that directly impact revenue integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Epic Application Analyst supports the design, build, testing, validation, maintenance, and ongoing optimization of Professional Billing (PB) applications within the Revenue Cycle. Working under the guidance of senior analysts and team leaders, this role assists with system configuration, troubleshooting, and end-user support to ensure effective and compliant use of the Epic platform in alignment with departmental and University Health policies. The analyst collaborates with interdisciplinary teams and gains exposure to financial, clinical, and operational workflows related to charge capture, coding, billing, and reimbursement. This role contributes to system enhancements, workflow efficiency, and user experience improvements. Success in this position requires a self-motivated individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE A
