Revenue Specialist

Position Summary:

Processes patient claims and payments for third party payers and self-pay accounts. Assists with inquiries regarding client accounts.

Requirements Required:

Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-9, ICD-10 and CPT knowledge. Experience in processing EOB's, post payments, and adjustments. Maintains expert knowledge of billing workflow and optimizes use of available technology. Responsible for helping review insurance denials related to billing

Qualifications Required:

Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Outlook Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills. Decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours or change schedule as necessary.
