Job Description:
Spark Healthcare Consulting is seeking a seasoned Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Manager or Director for a flexible, part-time opportunity offering 10 to 20 hours per week. In this role, you will collaborate directly or indirectly with our diverse client base to optimize financial performance, streamline billing workflows, and lead comprehensive root cause analyses to identify and resolve systemic reimbursement issues. The ideal candidate must possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data-driven troubleshooting and maintain a deep mastery of payer guidelines to prevent compliance gaps and minimize claim denials.
