Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Collections Assistant to support accounts receivable and collections activities. This role helps ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices, maintains accurate customer account records, and assists with resolving billing issues. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable communicating with customers regarding past-due balances. This position is onsite Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
Assist with monitoring accounts receivable aging reportsContact customers regarding overdue invoices by phone and emailDocument collection activity and account updates in the systemHelp resolve billing discrepancies and payment issuesProcess payments and apply cash receipts accuratelySupport account reconciliations and follow-up effortsMaintain accurate customer and account recordsWork with internal teams to address invoice or credit concernsPrepare routine collections and status reportsProvide administrative support to the finance or accounting team
