The Audiology Offices is a busy, patient‑focused audiology practice seeking a Full-Time Billing & Coding Specialist to join our team. If you enjoy solving problems, working with patients, and keeping thing running smoothly behind the scenes

You'll play a key role in ensuring accurate billing, timely insurance processing, and a positive patient financial experience. What You'll Do Manage the full billing cycle from coding to collections Accurately code procedures and diagnoses and submit insurance claims Verify insurance eligibility and obtain prior authorizations Follow up on claims, resolve denials, and ensure timely reimbursement Assist patients with billing questions and payment arrangements Maintain accounts receivable and reduce outstanding balances Process payments and post charges Coordinate provider credentialing with insurance carriers Provide occasional front desk support and patient interaction
What We're Looking For Required:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of medical billing experience (small practice preferred)
Preferred:
  • Experience with audiology billing and coding
  • Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance You'll thrive here if you:
