This role supports project setup, reporting and documentation in addition to being responsible for preparing, reconciling, and managing Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) billings for construction projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage complex billing processes across multiple systems while supporting daily operational tasks and meeting strict monthly deadlines.

Life:
Prepare and manage GMP billings accurately and on time Reconcile invoices, job costs, and supporting documentation to ensure billing accuracy Support project setup, change orders, cost tracking, and reporting Maintain organized project and billing documentation for audit and compliance purposes Coordinate with project teams, vendors, customers, and accounting to resolve discrepancies and keep billing cycles on track Manage month-end billing deadlines and ensure all eligible costs are captured Use systems such as Penta, Excel, OnBase, and Procore to maintain accurate billing and project data Research and resolve billing, contract, and system-related issues proactively Provide general operational support and backup for other construction administration functions as needed
You Should Have:
High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of experience in construction billing, accounting, or project administration Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including large datasets and reconciliations) Experience with GMP (Guaranteed Maximum Price) billing and/or exposure to AIA billing formats - Preferred Familiarity with Penta, OnBase, Textura, or similar platforms (Procore) - Preferred Attention to
