Billing Specialist- Contract

EvolutionHR is hiring a Billing Specialist for a client in Roanoke, Virginia. This is a contract position. Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm in Office. This is ONSITE.

Pay :

Based on experience, $20/hour This position requires working onsite in downtown Roanoke, VA office Monday through Friday. This role will require some overtime as needed. This opportunity will work in a busy office and require multi-tasking and supporting mu Responsibilities Prepare Invoices for payment, review Purchase Orders Prepare and maintain account reconciliations Assist with reviewing subcontractor hours to ensure that they match recorded billed amounts on customer invoices Requirements Associates Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business related field (preferred) Team will consider experience over education. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a professional environment working in an accounting department Prior experience supporting billing, invoicing, aging reports and payables. Excellent communication, written and verbal MUST have reliable transportation and be dependable to work onsite with team.
