This is not just a desk job - you'll be a key part of the experience our members have every day. From managing studio operations to supporting clients and team members, you'll help keep our high-energy environment running smoothly.
Position Available:
Monday-Thursday 1230-5PM with option to move to full-time.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet all clients and guests with enthusiasm and professionalism Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries in a friendly, helpful manner Manage opening and closing procedures to ensure smooth daily operations Address client concerns quickly and compassionately Create and manage invoices, assist with billing, and handle account questions Support our nutrition team with scheduling and billing, maintaining HIPAA compliance Keep the studio clean and organized through daily and weekly tasks
