Description We are looking for a Treasury Administrator to join a finance team on a contract basis through the end of the year. This permanent hybrid opportunity supports daily treasury and accounting operations, with an emphasis on transaction accuracy, expense oversight, and financial compliance. The role is well suited for someone who can balance independent execution with cross-functional coordination in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the coding and processing of financial activity to ensure transactions are recorded accurately and in accordance with internal guidelines.
- Manage the flow of corporate card activity by routing charges and statements for review and approval while helping maintain card administration records.
- Provide day-to-day support for Concur users, including guidance, issue resolution, and audit assistance related to expense submissions.
- Maintain vendor records and contribute backup assistance for customer credit-related tasks as business needs require.
- Examine expense reports for completeness and policy compliance, then investigate and reconcile monthly spending variances.
- Assist with cash-related general ledger reconciliations and provide additional treasury support during peak periods or team absences.
- Prepare recurring operational reports and metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for finance stakeholders.
- Partner with internal departments to help facilitate timely invoice handling and support broader Accounting and Finance projects as assigned. Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in treasury, accounting, finance support, or a closely related area.
- Working knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation processes.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Great Plains, Concur, and Microsoft Excel in a work setting.
- Ability to use Excel for formatting, filtering, and basic formulas; additional exposure to lookup functions or pivot tables is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage confidential financial information responsibly.
- Effective organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work independently while collaborating with a broader team.
- Adaptability and sound judgment in a dynamic business environment with shifting priorities.
