  • Payroll & Billing Specialist
  • (this is a year round position) Outdoor Services, Inc.
is looking for an experienced, analytical, and highly responsible Payroll and Billing Specialist to handle our payroll and billing systems and ensure that our financial transactions are 100% accurate and completed within deadlines. An ideal Payroll and Billing Specialist is detail-oriented and able to collect and categorize billing and payment data with precision.

  • PTO•401k plus company matching Job Responsibilities•Payroll•Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable•Statement Processing•Collections•General Office and other duties as assigned.
Handle the timely and accurate payment of employees' salaries, and similar payroll activities Calculate billing statements and identify and correct errors to ensure accurate payment procedures Create and send invoices and verify accuracy Manage and review accounts and balances, identify invoice inconsistencies, and handle all discrepancies Manage and maintain a comprehensive record of accurate and complete client accounts and outstanding balances and present leadership with timely reports on billing data Other tasks assigned by
Contracts Manager/CFO Pay:
$20.00 (training 2 to 4 weeks)

  • Follow instructions Qualifications include: 2+ years of experience in a billing & payroll position Experience with processing payments and transactions Exceptional organization and time management skills, with a good eye for detail Experience using relevant software, such as QuickBooks Strong verbal and written communication skills Good prioritization skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously Ability to pass employment pre-screening Willing to undergo a background check If interested, please submit a resume listing which posistion you are applying for Monday to Friday schedule.
