Are you a collections professional with a knack for resolving outstanding balances while providing exceptional customer service? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!
Job Responsibilities:
Assume full ownership of the accounts receivable portfolio to reduce DSO Assess and develop the credit team through targeted training and mentorship Author and implement formal credit protocols and department policies Serve as a liaison between the credit department and branch sales teams Manage notice to owner processes and lien filings Identify and implement new technologies to improve department automation Establish trust-based relationships with key stakeholders and customers Monitor weekly revenue flow to ensure consistent company liquidity
Job Requirements:
Extensive credit and collections experience within the construction or industrial sectors Technical proficiency in lien laws and NTO requirements for AL, GA, and FL Proven ability to lead and develop a professional administrative team Strong interpersonal skills for firm yet diplomatic collections Analytical mindset for evaluating customer creditworthiness and setting limits High proficiency in accounting software and modern automation tools Self-motivated work style with a focus on process improvement Ability to travel occasionally to various branches and customer locations At our clients' request, only individuals with required experience will be considered.
