Collections Manager Ledgent Finance & Accounting - 4.0 Los Angeles, CA Job Details $110,000 - $120,000 a year 19 hours ago Qualifications Team leadership Legal firm experience Leading team collaboration initiatives Law office Collections account management Cross-functional communication Full Job Description We're seeking an experienced Collections Manager to lead and optimize our client's collections function at a well-established Los Angeles law firm. This role will oversee a large team, drive end-to-end collections operations, and partner closely with Billing, Finance, and Partners to improve cash flow and client outcomes.
What You'll Do:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of collectors Own full collections lifecycle (portfolio mgmt, outreach, disputes, payment plans, reporting) Improve processes and drive operational efficiency Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve billing issues and support client strategy Monitor risk, analyze AR trends, and deliver actionable insights to leadership
Requirements:
Law firm / legal industry collections experience (required) Prior team leadership experience Strong communication and collaboration skills Nice to
Have:
