CREDIT AND COLLECTIONS MANAGER
  • Key leadership role!
We're seeking a very talented and experienced Credit and Collections Manager for one of Denver's very successful companies. Step into a highly visible role and make a direct impact on financial performance in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment! This is a key leadership role responsible for leading all aspects of credit and collections to support the companies' financial strength and cash flow. This role partners closely with sales, operations and customers to manage risk, maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely collection of accounts receivable. The company is experiencing both organic growth and growth through acquisitions, but they are also very committed to maintaining a very positive employee experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CREDIT AND COLLECTIONS MANAGER
Credit and Risk Management
  • Establishes and maintains credit policies, procedures and standards across the organization. Accounts Receivable and Collections
  • Leads collection efforts to ensure timely accurate receipt of payments Team Leadership and Development
  • Leads, coaches and develops credit and collections team members. Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Partners with sales, dispatch and operations and align on customer accounts and project needs. Legal and Compliance
  • Ensures timely and accurate filings of liens, bond claims and releases. Process Improvement and Reporting
  • Develops and improves credit and collections processes for efficiency and accuracy.
