Job Description:
Collections Manager We are seeking a Collections Manager who will be responsible for the strategic leadership and oversight of their $500M portfolio. This role is a critical leadership position, and we are seeking a visionary who will be responsible for implementing AI Agents, lead cutting edge initiatives to improve efficiency, scaling what works, measure results, cut costs and delight the customer all while ensuring strong governance and compliance with all regulatory and policy requirements.
Requirements:
5+years of proven success in a corporate Collection environment. Vendor Management Team Leadership Strong Preference for credit cards, consumer lending, or regulated consumer financial services or similarly regulated industries
