This role manages staff performance, oversees operational workflows, drives operational efficiency, resolves complex escalations, and ensures strong internal controls. This role drives service quality, supports strategic initiative execution, and ensures digital banking operations are in alignment with organizational goals and member experience standards. Qualifications & Experience 4-6 years of related experience in Digital Banking Services, or financial industry focused on operations. A minimum of 2-3 years of direct managerial experience leading teams, setting performance goals, and managing operational workflows. Bachelor's degree in business, or related field, or equivalent experience. Comprehensive knowledge of digital banking channels, related services, and applicable policies and procedures. Proven leadership, communication, and training abilities. Strong understanding of operational processes. Ability to work independently and handle fast-paced environments. Project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PC operational systems. Ability to use teller terminal, 10-key, telephone, and all related business machines. Salary Range Minimum - $57,576 Maximum - $92,122
